Hi All, time to blog again!
I've had a pretty rough time so far in 2013 only because I just couldn't focus and I was eating all the wrong things. I'm guessing it was the hangover from Christmas. But after putting some weight back on I felt terrible.
But eventually I've got my head out of the clouds and I'm back in healthy eating land!
I guess I'm writing this entry to prove that its not always easy, you do have good days and bad days, maybe even good weeks and bad weeks but the difference is that I know how to get back on track now. I feel so much better - again - and it makes a huge difference to my everyday life, even just getting out of bed in the morning is easy again!
So if any of you have signed up for the fit factor 2013 and your lucky enough to be selected then congratulations and I might get to meet you soon!
For those of you that don't make it, don't give up, you are still more than capable of doing it on your own - with a little help from the fit factor bloggers if you need it :-)
