Oh boy how how hard am I finding January. Dont get me wrong I'm still at the gym at least twice a week and bootcamp every weekend I can but its the FOOD!!
I feel really guilty about what I've had to eat over the past few weeks and I can physically feel it. Urgh!!! So slowly but surely I'm getting my diet back on track and slowly but surely feeling better for it but its hard! I think everyone deserves a blow out every once in a while but don't make it a nasty habit!!
And for those of you out there that are yet to start the healthy eating habit - get to it!! You have no idea how much better you're going to feel until you do it. Getitng up n the morning is a joy and not a chore, getting through a full day at work and then heading to the gym, followed by family time is now something i look forward to due to the amount of energy I have.
If I could give you one of my many tips in this entry I would say start with 2litres of water a day, its the most wonderful natural source of loveliness!
I'll give you another tip next time but if you feel like you need more than just a few tips from a blog then do as my good friend Steve has suggested and get ready for the next Fit Factor!!!!
