Tough but Good

Last week i sat the Active8 down before their Monday workout and asked them to think back to the way they trained, ate and felt when they were nearing the end of the Fit Factor 12 weeks. At that time they all felt like they were living in a bubble with 100% total focus and determination to their weight loss - i asked for that to return.
The next 60 minutes was phenomenal they worked and worked, very little was said but the determination on Ian, Steve, Jacqui, Claire and Dawnn's faces was brilliant. What a workout with personal bests being hit throughout the session. This was by far the best workout collectively for months. The smiles on all of their faces was great to see at the end.
They left tired but very pleased with themselves.
Over the months of training they have learnt how to push their bodies and they know as time goes on they will continue to become fitter and stronger!
